Line Cooks: We are looking for individuals who are interested in working at an exciting restaurant in Downtown Dallas. These individuals need to be self motivated, hardworking and eager to learn. The pay rate for these positions vary based on experience, but will be between $11-$13. Experience is an advantage but not necessary. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Setting up and preparing a station for the night, production lists, cleaning the kitchen while breaking down, lifting up to 50 pounds and plating dishes in a reasonable time.
Captain: We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced server to provide an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to personalize the dining experience by offering suggestions and recommendations such as wine pairings. Must have a high level of comfort in explaining menu items, specials, allergens. The ideal candidate will also display an aptitude for teamwork and high standards.
Host: We are looking for a part time experienced and enthusiastic host who thrives on delivering stellar customer service with a southern hospitality spin. The ideal candidate will have experience with OpenTable and at least one year as a host.
